Title: Social Media SpecialistContract: Full-Time, ContractLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)LHH is seeking a Social Media Specialist on behalf of our client in the Dallas area. This is an exciting opportunity to flex your creativity, strengthen brand awareness, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.Requirements:Support the development and execution of social media strategies that increase engagement and elevate brand presence across platformsManage and maintain content calendarsCreate, edit, and publish engaging content including reels, stories, graphics, and videosMonitor and identify emerging social media trends and cultural momentsEngage directly with online communities by responding to DMs, comments, and driving meaningful conversations to foster brand loyaltyTrack, analyze, and report on social media performanceAssist with influencer partnerships and user-generated content (UGC) managementPartner with marketing, creative, operations, and leadership teams to support integrated campaigns and execute big-picture brand initiatives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred4-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketingProficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, native platform analytics)Strong content creation skillsPaid campaign experience a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsPay Details: $30.00 - 40.00 per hourThis position is contract and hybrid in Dallas, TexasBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
