My client is seeking an IT Business Partner to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business and technology, supporting critical operations in manufacturing, packaging, quality, R&D, and compliance.About the RoleYou will act as the bridge between internal business stakeholders and external technology vendors, ensuring that IT systems and applications are implemented, validated, and maintained to the highest regulatory and business standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong pharmaceutical systems experience (MES, LIMS, SCADA, SAP, QC/QA applications) who thrives in regulated environments and enjoys partnering with diverse teams to deliver both strategic and operational IT solutions.ResponsibilitiesPartner with manufacturing, packaging, QC/QA, R&D, engineering, and corporate functions to identify and deliver IT solutions.Manage and support MES, SCADA, LIMS, Serialization, and QA/QC systems, including validation (CSV, PLC, instrument validation).Provide SAP support for Production, Warehouse, Packaging, and Quality modules.Lead IT project coordination, including system implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.Ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, and CSV regulations, maintaining audit trails and data integrity.Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA alignment and quality delivery.Evaluate new technologies and propose system improvements that align with business objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.5-8 years of experience in IT within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.Strong knowledge of MES, SCADA, LIMS, QC/QA systems, and related infrastructure.Hands-on experience with CSV, validation, and regulatory compliance (FDA 21 CFR, GxP, ISO).Working knowledge of SAP (Production, WH, Packaging, Quality).Strong problem-solving, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel (macros preferred).Required SkillsStrong pharmaceutical systems experience (MES, LIMS, SCADA, SAP, QC/QA applications).Preferred SkillsExperience in regulated environments and partnering with diverse teams.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation package: $100,000 - $110,000 base salary.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
