Position OverviewThe Service Technician is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and service to customers, ensuring that equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining various systems to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in equipment.Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.Repair and replace faulty components and parts in a timely manner.Calibrate equipment to meet safety regulations and operational standards.Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs.Utilize technical manuals to understand equipment specifications and procedures.Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently during service tasks.Conduct welding and engine repair as necessary to resolve issues.Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.Train customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance to enhance longevity.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.Proven experience in electrical systems and mechanical repair.Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on diagnostics.Experience in preventive maintenance and parts replacement.Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and safety regulations.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
