If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Agent Success Manager role.About the RoleBramlett Partners is seeking an Agent Success Manager with an active real estate license to play a critical support and leadership role for our top-producing agents. This position is equal parts agent development, recruiting, and operational support. You will lead sales meetings, train and coach agents, answer broker support questions, and build strong relationships with both our current agents and prospective recruits.
