JOB DESCRIPTIONThis Project Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and processing backlog work orders to ensure everything is accurate and up to date. They'll use Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress, communicate with internal teams when needed, and keep records organized.In simple terms, they'll be cleaning up and managing work orders, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and keeping things running smoothly by coordinating with the right people. While they'll work independently most of the time, they'll also check in with teammates and stakeholders when necessary.Key Responsibilities:Work Order Management: Review, process, and reconcile backlog work orders, ensuring accuracy and completion.Data Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress, update records, and generate reports.Collaboration & Communication: Work independently while engaging with internal teams (HR, compensation, hiring managers) to resolve discrepancies and ensure process alignment.Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain organized documentation, assist with policy adherence, and recommend process enhancements.Status Updates & Reporting: Help prepare status reports and presentations for leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.).Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating as needed.Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.Experience with work order management is preferred.SAP experience is a plus but not required.Must Have Skills1+ years as Project Coordinator/Administrator experience Experience with work order management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
