Job Title: Construction Project SchedulerJob Location: Santa Fe Springs, CASalary: $120K-150KRequirements: 5+ years of Project Scheduling experience on commercial construction projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and ability to travel to sites in the area required.Position OverviewThe Construction Project Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to track progress, forecast delays, and implement corrective actions to adhere to project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather scheduling information.Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to mitigate delays.Conduct regular schedule reviews and update stakeholders on project timeline status.Implement project controls to ensure that the project stays within budget and on schedule.Prepare and present schedule reports for management and stakeholders.Analyze the impact of changes to the project schedule and recommend solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Scheduler in construction projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project controls software.Strong understanding of construction processes and commercial practices.BenefitsMedicalVisionDental 401(K)BonusAnd More!
