Our client offers competitive salary, comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision, as well as 401(k) with company match, generous PTO plan, life & disability insurance, corporate discounts, flexible spending account, and many other benefits.HR Assistant Position Summary:-Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries.-Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.-Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations.-Assist with new employee on-boarding.-Support team members and management with issues or questions regarding general employment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.-Provide support to employees in various topics such as leaves, compensation, payroll, workers' compensation, etc.-Support the company's culture and promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment.-Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Qualifications Summary:-Minimum one year of Human Resources experience working with non-exempt employees and supporting HR functions.-Experience providing guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures to team members.-Knowledge of EEO guidelines, federal, state, and local laws pertaining to employment law.-Previous experience with coaching for performance and employee relations investigations a plus.-Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
