Fulfillment Associates provide support with inbound and outbound product replenishment, inventory accuracy, and presentation.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Comfortability working in a smaller scale team with a boutique-style environmentMaintain required availability during company blackout periods, including the holiday season (October-January) and semi-annual sales (second- fourth weeks of June)Remain adaptable to new workflows and business changes based on seasonal demands or company prioritiesSupport custom order preparation including color matching, special requests, and boutique-level service expectationsRepresent the brand through a culture of integrity, care, teamwork, and excellence in serviceProvide guidance to seasonal or junior team members when applicable, reinforcing best practices and protocolsAccurately pick, prepare, pack, sort, and ship customer orders within SLA (Service Level Agreement)Perform and maintain daily/weekly product and supplies inventory count as neededWash hair extensions and product supplies needed to fulfill customer ordersResponsible for receiving incoming inventory and stocking them on the appropriate shelvesProcess inventory returns and restocksCollaborate with the customer experience department to ensure that customer shipment issues are resolved in a timely mannerMonitor and communicate with Management when supplies have reached restock levelsModel excellent service by preparing all customer orders within the required protocols set by ManagementPerform end of day cleaning procedures and always maintain a clean work areaMeet department monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and adhere to department policies, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs)Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness, and qualities of standardsAlways demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and complianceAll other duties assigned based on business needsCompensationHourly, Non-Exempt, $16-$18 per hour Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)High school diploma or equivalent experience required1+ years of prior experience in online order fulfillment and warehousing requiredBasic math skills (subtraction, addition, multiplication, division) requiredExperience with Shopify and ShipStation highly preferredAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods of timeRetail experience is highly preferredBeauty industry experience is highly preferredExperience with eCommerce Backoffice systemsDetailed orientedStrong written and verbal communication with team members and managementAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentWillingness to support seasonal or junior team members by reinforcing proper procedures and setting a strong exampleComfort using internal systems to track inventory, submit order notes, or log exceptionsProven ability to troubleshoot, escalate, or improve processes in previous rolesPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
