ResponsibilitiesGuide patients in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses based on prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.Educate patients about lens options, coatings, and pricing to support informed purchasing decisions.Perform eyewear adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs.Process eyewear orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery.Maintain the optical area, including frame inventory and merchandising displays.Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure seamless patient care.Meet or exceed sales goals through strong product knowledge and customer rapport.QualificationsExcellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesCustomer Service and Customer Satisfaction orientationKnowledge and experience in OptometryDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAccurate data entry and basic computer skills2 years experience in optical required
