Job Title: Quality Specialist - Product Field Action SupportLocation: Portage, MI (Hybrid option available after training: in-office Mon & Fri)Job Type: Contract (with potential for extension)Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Specialist to support the Product Field Action team. This individual contributor role is essential for maintaining quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing quality control processes across all stages of the Field Action lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Implement and enforce quality standards throughout the Product Field Action process.Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.Assess risks and recommend improvements to enhance quality and compliance.Oversee all quality control aspects, including:Case intake and processingRecord documentation and retentionProduct destruction protocolsInternal and external customer communicationsFacilitate internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.Coordinate and support quality training initiatives for relevant teams.Handle high volumes of data entry and email communications (100+ emails/day).Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong judgment and decision-making skills, based on prior knowledge and best practices.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in data entry and documentation management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience in quality, compliance, or regulatory environments preferred (but not required).
