Tiello has partnered with one of the nation's leading Commercial Masonry Contractors in the Atlanta, GA area on their search for a Project Manager for Commercial Masonry Construction projects exceeding $20MM.The Project Manager will serve as the company's point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule.TitleProject Manager - Commercial Masonry Construction (5+ years)Project TypesStadiums, Hospitals, Mid/High-Rise Buildings, School/Universities, Multifamily, ArenasDuties & Responsibilities• Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.• Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and General Contractors• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.• Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures• Manage project deliverables• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team settingSkills & Qualifications• Minimum 5+ years of commercial masonry construction experience• Experience in both masonry estimating and project management is preferred• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred• Strong communication skills with clients, general contractors, and design consultants• Software experience including Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office (including Excel) is required.• Significant attention to detail is requiredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color,religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protectedby law.Your Right to Work - In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verifyidentity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employmenteligibility verification document form upon hire
