Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our client's portfolio of communities. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving traffic, increasing tours, and supporting successful lease-ups and community growth.What You'll DoLead and support lease-up marketing efforts in assigned markets.Act as the regional marketing expert, developing and executing strategic marketing plans.Partner with Community Managers, Regional Managers, and VPs to ensure traffic, lease goals, and budgets are achieved.Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including ILS management, SEO, paid ads, and social media campaigns.Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize spend and results.Manage branding, collateral, and customer experience tools.Represent the company in industry panels and presentations when needed.
