Superintendent - Amenity Projects (Commercial)Full Time • Exempt • Based in Palm Coast, FL$110k to $125k + per diem + truck allowanceWe're looking for a Superintendent who knows how to lead from the front. You'll take the lead on a high-end amenity project in Lakewood Ranch that includes extensive pool and outdoor features. From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, you'll be running the show on site - coordinating trades, managing schedules, and keeping quality and safety locked in. You'll work closely with the PM and subcontractors to keep everything moving forward without surprises.
