Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Reports to: President / Head of Sales & Marketing Location: Office HQ GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, leading, and executing all marketing and branding initiatives. The role will manage the marketing department, ensuring all efforts support company-wide sales goals. This role is key to building brand awareness, increasing market presence, and generating successful leads. CORE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with sales objectives. Oversee all branding efforts to ensure consistency and integrity across all channels. Oversee the marketing department's daily operations, including budget management, sample order fulfillment, and branded merchandise (swag) inventory. Lead and manage digital, print, and social media campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO) and email marketing. Plan, manage, and coordinate all company tradeshow participation and related resources. Create and distribute advertising content to drive successful lead generation. Work closely with the sales team to provide strategic marketing support for regional efforts and co-marketing opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify strategic opportunities for market penetration. Maximize the use of the CRM system for lead tracking and manage the company website and customer portal. Manage all photography, videography, and external-facing literature. All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Must possess marketing experience. Possession of at least a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a post-secondary degree is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Possess an Ownership, Leadership, Agility, Empowerment, and Selfless focused mentality. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers and territory markets. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must have an aptitude for data analysis and strategic planning. Must have excellent relationship building and deal closing disposition. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Design and creative skills are a must. Thorough understanding of marketing, SEO, brand awareness, and marketing analysis is required. Thorough market understanding of customer base and complete market, including direct sales, distribution, and spec markets.
