The Site Quality Manager will oversee the daily quality operations, including developing and implementing quality and food safety programs to comply with global systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing audits and inspections. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes, training staff on quality best practices, and addressing any quality-related issues to maintain high standards in food cultures and dietary ingredients production.QualificationsExperience in developing and implementing quality systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards of 21 CFR 117. Understanding differences between intended usage of food and dietary ingredients for quality decision making.Excellent communication skills to educate stakeholders on "the why" of compliance, not only "because the law says so".Ability to make compliance fun and engaging. Proficiency in conducting audits and inspections and using them as training opportunities for stakeholders.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to enhance quality processes.Ability to train staff on quality best practices.Problem-solving skills for addressing quality-related issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the food or dietary ingredients industry a must.Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field/n
