Inside Sales Representative

Fit is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing company in Mobile, AL. Salary is in the $40K-$55K range depending on experience with benefits. The right candidate is driven and dedicated with adequate computer skills, a great work ethic, and superior customer service. Responsibilities include:Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customersSupport the sales team by generating sales orders and handling customer inquiriesHandle price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellationsTrack shipments and make sure orders are delivered on timePrepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM systemRequirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry Excellent phone and customer-facing experienceStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as on a teamStrong organization and time management skills
