Position Overview: Below outlines the general responsibilities for the above-referenced position.Management of Contract and Non-Contract Accounts, including but not limited to:Routine meetings with clientsProviding as-needed fire protection and fire alarm inspection, repair, and small project proposalsEngaging with clients to develop additional opportunities for Life Safety Services and other AMS business groupsEnsuring client requests are followed upReviewing field service tickets, third-party reports, and following up with clients as neededEnsuring clients receive inspection reports and that reports are uploaded to the AHJBillingAssistance with accounts receivableJob financial performanceDirectly Manage All Aspects of Awarded Projects, including but not limited to:Meeting participationMaterial/equipment procurementScheduling:DeliveriesTrade laborSub-contractorsMeetingsManage AMS internal processes, including but not limited to:New job requestsSubcontract processPurchase ordersSpectrumClient Relationship Management (CRM) softwareBillingClose outWarrantyAttend periodic/routine meetingsContinually maintain a culture of cooperation/lead sharing between other AMS business groups and maintain a "we are selling AMS" mindsetContinually Seek Out New Business Opportunities by:Leveraging existing AMS client relationshipsThinking "outside of the box" so that all potential opportunities are consideredAttending client-facing eventsAttending industry eventsNetworking with potential clientsDiscussing ideas with AMS management and other AMS business groupsFollow up on internal/external leads/opportunitiesMaintain an annual account base of $1.5M - $2M depending on total numbers of accounts, pull-through, and other factorsOther duties as assigned by Life Safety Services General ManagerQualifications:3-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or project management, ideally within life safety, fire protection, mechanical services, or related industriesDemonstrated success managing client relationships and overseeing multiple projects/accounts simultaneouslyFamiliarity with fire protection and fire alarm inspection, testing, and repair servicesStrong organizational and time-management abilities with a proven capacity to juggle multiple prioritiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
