Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager Atlanta, GAJoin a collaborative surgical team that performs advanced orthopedic, spine, and pain management procedures in a supportive and people-focused environment.We pride ourselves on strong workplace culture, excellent patient outcomes, and outstanding employee satisfaction.Schedule:As a leader, you will be expected to work Monday - Friday but our staff has the option of working 4 10s.No call, no weekends, no holidaysWhat You Will Do:Managing the operationsStaffingSchedulingPerformance evaluationsHiring/firingWill relieve OR RNs who are on lunchbreakKey Surgical Services Include:Pain Management & Spine Procedures:Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, caudal)Radiofrequency ablation and nerve blocksDisc procedures (discectomy, IDET, discography)Sacroiliac and facet joint injectionsSpine surgeries including laminectomy, discectomy, and cervical fusionOrthopedic Trauma & Sports Medicine:Arthroscopic surgeries (knee, hip, ankle, wrist, elbow)Fracture repair with internal fixationHand, wrist, foot, and ankle surgeryTendon & Ligament Reconstruction:ACL and AC joint reconstructionAchilles, quadriceps, and biceps tendon repairsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay7.5% employer contribution to 401(k) with no match requiredFull medical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO and paid holidaysContinuing education support and clear professional growth pathwaysWhat We're Looking For:RN with a strong perioperative/surgical backgroundExperience with orthopedic, spine, or pain management cases preferredTeam player who thrives in a fast-paced OR settingThis is an excellent opportunity to be leader of a well oiled surgery team!
