The ideal candidate should be a registered nurse, and should possess experience acting as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities:Oversee clinic supervision of all nursing servicesGuide Nursing staff, RN's and Care GiversConduct regular assessments for residentsMaintain within compliance of all national and regional compliancesManage medication systemsExperience needed:Must be a registered nurseSignificant experience within a SNF as well s memory careHave experience leading & managing nursing staff and care teamsManaged facilities with at least 100+ units This role offers significant career progression into administrator roles as well as regional nurse positions.
