The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating all in-house design assets. They will report to the Director of Brand Creative and works in collaboration with the Art Director on concepting and developing all creative marketing material for both digital and print media. Essential Functions:Generation of in-house digital assetsDesign and deliver weekly marketing emailsDesign and deliver social media marketing assets in all required formatsDesign digital invitations for store events, trunk shows, and press eventsAssist in web design projectsAssist in the design of all print material, i.e., branded postcards, packaging materials, catalogs, decks, seasonal line sheets, etc.Help concept new design treatments and layouts for both digital & print contentEnsure all content follows brand style guidelines and aestheticMaintain organized workflow and file managementQualifications:BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design2+ years of relevant work experienceProficient in the Figma design platformProficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopExperience in After Effects is a plusStrong experience in digital asset creation across Adobe programsExperience in print production processCollaborative work ethicAbility to multitask and execute in a fast-paced work environmentPassionate about the fashion industryCompensation: Base salary range $60,000-$74,000, medical, dental, vision insurance, basic life, 401(k), paid holidays and a generous Paid Time-Off program, as well as a generous employee discount and annual clothing allowance.
