Now Hiring: Software Test Engineer (Medical Devices) Join our team to support a growing portfolio of electromechanical medical devices with embedded software systems. This role is critical in ensuring product quality and compliance through hands-on testing, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.Rate: $40-45/hr (W2 only)Type: 12-month contract (with 6-month performance review checkpoint; potential for long-term engagement)What you'll do:?? Perform manual and automated testing for electromechanical devices and embedded systems?? Design, develop, and execute test cases (Python/LabVIEW/C#)?? Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects?? Execute software V&V, documentation, and risk mitigation activities?? Support testing during design, verification/validation, and post-release investigationsWhat we're looking for:?? Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field?? 3-5+ years of software testing experience?? Proficiency in test automation (Python, LabVIEW, or C#)?? Strong documentation and programming skills ? Bonus: Experience in FDA-regulated environments, embedded systems, or Azure DevOps
