Primary Care Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantAt OnePeak Medical, we are redefining primary care through a personalized, integrative model that blends traditional and functional medicine. Our mission is to treat the root causes of illness and empower patients to live healthier, more vibrant lives.With over 18 clinics across Oregon and growing, we're seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care.We have clinic openings in our Bend and The Dalles locations.CompensationGuaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+WHAT WE OFFER:Work-Life Balance: No nights or weekends, with minimal call (1 week/year, phone only).Provider-Focused & Strong Clinical Support: Administrative, coding, and billing support provided, with dedicated medical assistant and dictation support available.Professional Training & Growth: Ongoing functional medicine training, opportunities for career advancement, and support for continuing education.Compensation & BenefitsComprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance), 401(k) with 4% company match, up to 4 weeks PTO, and malpractice insurance covered by OnePeak MedicalRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointmentsPerform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditionsDevelop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptionsEducate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principlesCollaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staffDocument visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant mannerParticipate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessionsSupport clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialtyMinimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience a plus)Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicineExcellent communication and patient relationship skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)WANT TO LEARN MORE?YouTube VideoFor immediate consideration, please email your CV to recruiting@.
