Director of MarketingSummary:Manages marketing activities for the Company by performing the following duties personally.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Director of MarketingMarketing Focus:Coordinate with Director of Advertising operating budget and related departmental expenses.Evaluate practitioner response to sales aids and promotional materials and redesign, create or otherwise prepare alternative sales aids/tools for improved response.From competitive marketing materials, brochures, or other marketing avenues analyze and recognize competitive threats and report activity to SVPSM.Oversee development and production of sales marketing promotional and collateral materials.Plan and oversee sales marketing promotion activities including detail sheets, brochures, in-office marketing materials, patient pads, etc.Management of creation and distribution of specials and promotions.Coordinate team members in development of style, images, and other visual elements for adaptation to project objectives. (Sales & Marketing)Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy.Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.Oversee development and maintenance of customer database for marketing purposes.Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.Conduct marketing surveys on current and new product concepts and provide feedback for future product development.Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media and website marketing oversight. On-line interaction and engagement with doctors including special interests, social media groups, and blogs.Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
