Clinical Manager - Hospice

Our work environment includes: Quality 1:1 time with patients Supportive professional environment 1:1 training and orientation period at your pace Some Job Responsibilities: Supervises, instructs, guides, and supports nursing and auxiliary personnel to provide high quality services to patients and their families consistent with the hospice philosophy and agency mission.Assumes direct report responsibilities for all Hospice House and Hospice field staff.Assumes responsibility to cover duties of Hospice Director of Patient Services in the absence of the Hospice DPS.Conducts periodic performance evaluations of all direct reports through activities that include but are not limited to observation of clinician/patient interaction, care plan review, documentation by clinician, and case review in conference or within IDG team meetings.
