We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a high-performing Preconstruction team in one of Texas' leading general contractors. What you'll be doing:Preparing accurate estimates for commercial, city & state projectsReviewing drawings, specs & bid documents to ensure complete coverageSourcing & analyzing subcontractor/supplier bidsCollaborating with project managers & superintendents on strategy & schedulingLeveraging tools like On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, SmartBid & TimberlineWhat we're looking for:3+ years of experience as a Project Estimator in commercial constructionStrong background in bid preparation, take-offs, and cost analysisProficiency with digital estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, SmartBid; Timberline a plus)Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple bids in a fast-paced environmentKeen attention to detail, with the confidence to present estimates clearly to internal teams and clientsWillingness to travel occasionally as neededMust be authorised to work in the US.
