KYA Services is looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our expanding team in a position that offers opportunities for career advancement in Sales or Operations.This entry level role will assist our sales & operations team in enhancing current client relationships and laying the groundwork for attracting new clients and opportunities. It is a support role in sales and operations, offering career training and opportunities for planned growth within our organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Year ONEFamiliarize yourself with all programs and tools to support KYA Sales / Operations TeamRespond to research requests and initiate value add research for Sales / Operations TeamProactively research new target markets and populate our CRM system contact information for Regional AdvisorsUtilize our Hubspot CRM lists for effective communication and timely response on all task and action itemsAttend various events, conventions, presentations, etc. as a representative of The KYA GroupLearn and maintain an understanding of product knowledge & reference marketing materials to support RA's to inform potential clients and identify needsShadow RA sales calls: record as much information as possible from clients and/or site surveys (product, color, style, lead time, DDD, size of area, etc)Assist Project Managers and learn how to accurately measure areas on site surveys (and take photos, when applicable)Accurately enter requests from Sales Team on new opportunities into HubspotBuild relationship with Services Team and have an understanding of action steps to support the job cycleMaintain accurate records of time management and recording practices with TrinetVisit installs, as requested by Sales TeamSupport RA's to have work releases signed by client in a timely manner, then deliver to Services departmentTake before and after photos of installs, as requestedAssist Services department with contacting subcontractors to acquire quotes, as necessaryNetworking to build trusting relationships with potential customersWord-of-mouth marketing techniques to build a customer baseAssist in organizing marketing eventsResearch target markets and identifies the point of contact for prospectingProvide Customer feedback to the Marketing and Sales departmentsEnsure consistent brand messagingPosting company content on social media platformsTravel for trade show support and client/salesperson account managementTo provide accurate, supporting sales records on a quarterly basisHave a basic understanding of all KYA purchasing contracts
