Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud EngineerLocation: RemoteDepartment: Technology / EngineeringReports To: IT LeadType: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to lead the development and integration of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is pivotal in helping us build, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Order Management. You will act as both a Salesforce Developer and assist as System Administrator, playing a key role in building the technical foundation that supports our customer experience, marketing automation, and commerce operations.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Commerce Cloud B2B, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, and Agent Force.Serve as a Salesforce Administrator, responsible for configuration, user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and object management.Design and implement custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation using Salesforce language. Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party tools (e.g., ERP, customer service platforms, data warehouses) using APIs, middleware, and connectors.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security across all Salesforce environments.Maintain and document system configurations, process flows, and technical standards.Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production environments and lead the resolution of complex problems.Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices, recommending enhancements and improvements.
