Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact by promptly answering the help desk phone and responding to support tickets.Communicate effectively and professionally with users at all technical levels.Utilize help desk ticketing systems to document and track issues.Provide in-person support to end users at our facility.Troubleshoot and resolve issues as a Windows power user.Run Windows updates and execute PowerShell scripts as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve printer problems.(Preferred) Assist with Azure-related help desk tasks as needed.Qualifications:Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience running Windows updates and PowerShell scripts.Demonstrated expertise in printer troubleshooting.Previous help desk or technical support experience a plus.This position is onsite only; no remote work available.
