Summary:As a Manufacturing Technician / Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you'll handle system assembly, integration, Build and Functional Verification (BFV) testing, and troubleshooting automated control systems, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities: Build automated control systems and sensors, then conduct Functional Verification testing.Assemble, cable, program controller systems, and debug automated bioreactor systems (Emerson Delta V platform).Assemble, modify, and debug major subsystems.Build TruLogic (Delta V).Modify, upgrade, and debug control towers.Build and test SUB agitators, sensor transmitters.Program transmitters and controllers.Build cables, hoses, etc. as needed.Build, test, and modify Mass Flow Controller Assemblies.Stage systems for integration and testing.Support validation and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as needed.Support Production Planning Work Order requirements and parts issued.Collaborate with Integration, Validation, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering teams to meet quality, waste, and efficiency requirements.Lift 25-30 lbs. unassisted.Perform additional assemblies and job-related duties as required.Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; AS Electronics degree or technical training preferred.Technical Certification/Licenses 1-2 years in a system-level production environment (assembly & testing).Knowledge of equipment, assembly methods, and testing processes for electromechanical assemblies.Experience with complex assemblies, testing, work instructions, assembly drawings, wiring schematics, work orders, BOMs, and equipment travelers.Core Skills:Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills.Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team environment.Basic computer setup, navigation, and keyboarding.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Comfortable in a production floor environment (standing, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, lying down, using elevated surfaces).Desired SkillsAS in Electronics degree or advanced technical certification.Familiarity with Emerson Delta V platform (TruLogic, SUB agitators, Mass Flow Controller Assemblies).Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging automated bioreactor/control systems.Prior exposure to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and validation processes.TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
