The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, diplomacy and discretion are key attributes of a successful candidate.Inventory Planning Associate Responsibilities:Ensures that the execution of daily order processing activities are performed in a timely manner using various planning and forecasting tools. Ensures that product is properly allocated based on availability and timing in response to orders from ORJ/OTJ's.Ensures that all planning supporting sales are completed to meet the brand's standards of excellenceEnsures that all planning and allocating tasks that enable the flow of new product from the brand to the presentation accounts are completed to meet the brand's standards of excellenceThrough close collaboration ensures that retailer objectives are met by fulfilling Experience Stock needs as well as providing the highest level of support to the assigned ASM.Inventory Planning Associate Qualifications: Tactical Allocation Tools such as Power BI/ BI Data Lake Proficient written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization Relevant computer skills including Microsoft office Suite - Excel and Outlook Data management and mining skills Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and problem-solving skillsOrganized individual with time management and deadline-oriented mindset
