The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end performance of assigne e-commerce retail channels including Walmart, Target, Khol's, Home Depot and Amazon. This role demands full P&L ownership and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth, protect margins, and lead cross-functional initiatives that impact account success.Key ResponsibilitiesP&L Ownership & Strategic PlanningOwn the financial performance of assigned accountsManage forecasts, margin improvement, and strategic initiativesMonitor performance and adjust strategy to achieve targetsAccount LeadershipLead cross-functional execution plans across operations, marketing, and creativeEnsure alignment between internal teams and retail partnersProduct Selection & Catalog StrategyDevelop tailored assortments by retailer and platform strengthsCoordinate inventory and forecasting based on demand trendsAdvertising StrategyBuild and manage paid media campaigns (Walmart Connect, Roundel, etc.)Optimization based on ROI and product performanceStrategic Promotional PlanningPlan promotions aligned with key sales periods and margin goalsCollaborate with buyers and internal stakeholders to execute plansMarket & Competitive IntelligenceMonitor category trends, platform changes, and competitor movesAdapt pricing and content strategy to stay competitiveBuyer Communication & Relationship ManagementServe as primary point of contact for retail buyersPresent performance reports and growth opportunitiesFoster long-term, collaborative partnershipsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Buisness, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)5+ years experience in e-commerce account management (Required)Direct experience managing accounts with Walmart, Target, Kohls, or Amazon 1P & 3P (5+ years preferred)Strong analytical and financial understanding; experience managing P&Ls (Required)Familiarity with retail media platforms including Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Amazon Marketing ServicesExcellent cross-functional communication and project management skillsMust be able to work onsite in Pomona, CAWhat We OfferCompetitive remuneration and salaryHealth insurance401KPaid time offSalary90,000 - 120,000Job TypeFull-timeScheduleMonday to FridayWe would like to hear from youIf you meet a number of the requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
