This position is responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts of the Company by interfacing with Sales, Production/Warehousing, and Management to maintain and schedule our marketing programs on a timely basis.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan and strategize monthly print advertising campaigns and maintain publishing schedule.Create and execute multiple weekly email campaigns to customers. Review and report on the clicks and opens from our e-blast campaignsSocial media posting (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)Create weekly/monthly/seasonal specials to drive both phone and online sales.Update website when needed (images, product info, pricing).Create full product catalog, mini golf catalog, distributor catalog and furniture catalog.Seek out new advertising opportunities.Video creation/posting.Work with graphic designers to provide digital content from pictures of warehouse products.Assist in Internet marketing by updated productions for sale on our website, mini-golf website, eBay & amazon site.Review and report on our SEO and google analytics campaigns, track and report on all site metrics; analyze data and develop recommendations for content and customer experience enhancementsAssist in the standardizing our branding through all mediums.Assist in the distribution of press releases and product announcements.Other duties and tasks as assignedSoftware tools available for use by this positionWordPressSEO - Google AnalyticsHTML, CSSMailchimp - Constant ContactAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignMicrosoft Office - Word, Excel, PPTNetSuite Customer & Product databaseQualifications Necessary:Four years experience in a Marketing RoleExcellent verbal and written communications skillsCommunicates well with technical and non-technical peopleAssociate or bachelor's degree with some digital marketing experienceAbility to remain professional and courteous with customers at all timesPhotoshop/InDesign experience huge plusDigital marketing (Social media/Google Ads/Google Analytics) experience huge plusCatalog design experience huge plusPrint advertisingEmail marketingGolfing experience is a plusJob Type: Full-timeSalary: based on experience
