Essential FunctionsDesigns, configures, and implements next-best-action strategies to optimize customer engagement across various channels.Configures and manage rules to ensure customers receive effective offers, balancing business needs like cross-selling and upselling.Configures action, treatment, and group-level engagement policies. Define outcomes such as sales, service, retention, and loyalty.Conducts gap analysis to extend existing logic into the Next-Best-Action Designer framework.Supports quality assurance, simulation, reporting, monitoring, and control of Pega setup.Partners with Marketing stakeholders to ensure the right content is being delivered to leads at each stage of the buyer's journey, supporting conversion goals.Collaborates with Marketing stakeholders to use data effectively, ensuring the strategies can be tracked, scored, and reported on efficiently.Provide step-by-step guidance and best practices to avoid common mistakes in customer decisioning strategiesParticipate in workshops to improve strategies and address challenges in lead generation and customer retention.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum three (3) years of experience with Pega decision-making tools required.Proven experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and Next-Best-Action Designer.Experience with data analysis and omnichannel marketing strategies.Pay Range: $84,000.00 - 112,000.00/yr
