As the leader on the ground, you will be responsible for managing the business within your four walls. With the support of your Area + District Mangers, you will execute sales strategy, ensure the team is fully staffed and scheduled with top notch talent, check all the boxes on operations and visuals, and be the representative of the ML brand in your local market.As a growing Company, we are often implementing new process and launching new initiatives- we are looking for someone excited to partner with HQ + leadership on these changes, as well as being the liaison to your team for these important updates.ScopeIn addition to finding someone who relates to our 7-day weekend vibes, we are looking for an Store Manager who has experience in the following areas:Customer + Brand ExperienceWe want people to walk out of our stores excited about our brand. It just doesn't sell itself by sitting on a shelf...which would be cool but let's be real. It's important for you to have a keen eye for merchandising and visual standards.Operations: As a Fleet, we strive for operational excellence. This means executing key tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and delegating day to day projects like fulfillment + zoning. Keeping your store operating smoothly helps your team have a top notch experience.QualificationsAn Authentic Brand Advocate.
