As the leader on the ground, you will be responsible for managing the business within your four walls. With the support of your Area + District Mangers, you will execute sales strategy, ensure the team is fully staffed and scheduled with top notch talent, check all the boxes on operations and visuals, and be the representative of the ML brand in your local market.As a growing Company, we are often implementing new process and launching new initiatives- we are looking for someone excited to partner with HQ + leadership on these changes, as well as being the liaison to your team for these important updates.ScopeIn addition to finding someone who relates to our 7-day weekend vibes, we are looking for an Store Manager who has experience in the following areas:Customer + Brand ExperienceWe want people to walk out of our stores excited about our brand. You want to inspire the team to deliver a customer experience that is genuine and exceeds expectations. Win win.People DevelopmentEngage with your employees individually and the team as a whole. You're excited to recruit, hire and promote people who are talented and want to make our brand a success.Visual Merchandising: From monthly floorsets to daily product replenishment, our product needs to look good and sell well in our stores. It just doesn't sell itself by sitting on a shelf...which would be cool but let's be real. It's important for you to have a keen eye for merchandising and visual standards.Operations: As a Fleet, we strive for operational excellence. This means executing key tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and delegating day to day projects like fulfillment + zoning. Keeping your store operating smoothly helps your team have a top notch experience.QualificationsAn Authentic Brand Advocate.
