Job Summary: The Luxury Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of high-end luxury products. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This person will be a key component to a positive and exciting team of hardworking and fun individuals!Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales of luxury products, including high-end fashion, accessories, and jewelry. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating expert product knowledge, answering questions, and providing recommendations. Drive sales by exceeding individual and team sales targets, and by actively seeking out new business opportunities. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment, and to share best practices and sales techniques. Keep up-to-date with the latest luxury trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most current and accurate information. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and purchase history, and follow up with customers as needed. Participate in store events and promotions, and provide exceptional service and support to customers during these events.Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a strong background in luxury retail. Honest, hardworking, strong core values. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales. Strong product knowledge of luxury fashion, accessories, and jewelry. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
