As we grow our footprint, we're looking for a highly experienced sales and account professional who thrives in the fast-paced, people-first world of hospitality.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Sales Executive based in New York, NY with a proven track record of working with large hospitality groups and/or local NY F&B and SMB. This is a fully remote role, 5 days per week, ideal for a high-energy, well-connected sales professional who understands the complex needs of the hospitality sector and can build meaningful, long-term relationships with executive-level stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & New Business AcquisitionDevelop and execute strategic outreach to major hospitality groups, including hotel chains, resort brands, restaurant groups, and hospitality management companies.Work with our SDR team to close qualified appointments in local F&B and SMB verticals. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing; develop tailored pitches that clearly communicate value and ROI.Build and execute a New York territory plan; prioritize targets by TAM/fit and proximity.Identify key decision-makers and build deep, consultative relationships to uncover new growth opportunities.Account ManagementAct as the trusted point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing partnerships.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant OTH services.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-touch client service.Market & Industry InsightStay informed on hospitality industry trends, market shifts, and competitor movements.Leverage personal network and industry relationships to create strategic advantages and warm leads.Understands influencer marketing campaigns at their core and are able to deliver the OTH value proposition to effectively win business.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, with direct exposure to large hospitality groups and/or influencer marketing.Sales closing experience with SMBs in F&B/retail/wellness (SaaS, ads, payments, POS, or marketplaces).Deep Miami network among restaurant groups and local service owners (references or wins).Proven quota attainment and repeatable playbook; examples of multi-location closes.Deep understanding of procurement, operations, and stakeholder decision cycles within hospitality enterprises.Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales, all cycles, and executive relationships.Based in New York, NY and is fully remote, but must be available to work Monday-Friday.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication platforms.PreferredExisting network within U.S. hospitality and F&B groups (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, Aimbridge, etc.).Background in influencer marketing and/or SaaS offerings is a strong plus.Experience with franchised organizations and navigating multi-unit hierarchies.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission structure.Health insurance, PTO, monthly wellness credit, and ongoing training.Opportunities for career growth in an industry leading organization.
