Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and proactive HRIS and People Technology Manager / Senior Manager to lead the development, integration, and daily operations of our HR technology ecosystem. This role will serve as a critical partner to both IT and HR teams, driving system optimization and ensuring a seamless, compliant, and scalable infrastructure across Workday, ADP Workforce Now, ATS, and finance systems.This is a cross-functional leadership role that combines technical product ownership with hands-on operational support. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating system architecture, HR processes, and cross-departmental communication, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to execute in both strategic and tactical capacities.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Systems Strategy & Integration ManagementOversee end-to-end integration between Workday and ADP Workforce Now (Payroll), including data flow design, implementation coordination, and ongoing support.Lead integration projects connecting ATS platforms and financial systems to Workday, ensuring data consistency and compliance across the employee lifecycle.Collaborate with vendors and internal IT stakeholders to manage enhancement roadmaps, API-based workflows, and system upgrades.Workday Platform Ownership & Operational ExcellenceManage the overall configuration, performance, and optimization of Workday modules.Oversee daily system operations such as employee lifecycle updates (hire, transfer, exit), position management, supervisory orgs, and compensation setup.Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity through audits, governance frameworks, and standardized data practices.Lead the development of Workday dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for business and HR users.Stakeholder Partnership & Cross-Functional EnablementAct as the primary bridge between IT, HR Operations, Payroll, and Finance to ensure alignment of systems, processes, and data.Partner with HR Operations to support process execution and optimization across onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and data changes.Support change management, user training, and communication efforts during new system rollouts or major updates.Provide thought leadership and best practices on HR tech governance and innovation.Qualifications5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS / People Technology roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.Proven experience with Workday (Core HCM, Compensation, Org Management) and ADP Workforce Now PayrollFamiliarity with ATS platforms and finance system integration is a strong plus.Strong understanding of HR processes and employee data lifecycle management.Hands-on experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor collaboration.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.A strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to drive operational execution.What Success Looks LikeHR systems run efficiently, with accurate data flow between Workday, ADP, ATS, and Finance.HR and IT stakeholders see this role as a trusted expert and problem-solver.Process automation, data governance, and user experience continue to improve under your leadership.Chagee's digital HR infrastructure scales effectively with business growth across regions.
