You'll be driving growth with our strategic retail partners "” leading joint business planning, executing go-to-market strategies, and activating new accounts. You're early in your career but have already built a strong track record in the outdoor retail industry managing the full sales cycle of strategic accounts and building solid relationships. You are fueled by the same adventurous spirit that defines our brand! This is a highly collaborative role on-site at our Louisville, CO office with 30% travel across North America and our HQ in Norway. If you're ready to turn your passion into performance, let's talk!What you'll be doing:Driving strong and sustainable sales growth with strategic accounts, delivering on annual sales and profit targetsLeading joint business planning, assortment strategy, and account-specific activations with buyers, planners, and senior managementOwning and executing go-to-market strategies that align with Kari Traa's global vision while connecting with North American consumers to maximize connections, brand positioning and financial objectivesManaging budgets and margins across pre-order, in-season, and clearance cycles "” monitoring the weekly orderbook, providing sales forecasts, and delivering reports for leadershipBuilding and maintaining trusted relationships that open OTB opportunities and expand account partnershipsChampioning sell-through analysis, reporting, and insights "” delivering data-driven recommendations that fuel growthPartnering closely with the North American Sales Manager to update rolling product forecasts and define NA product and merchandising needs, ensuring alignment with internal buying, product, and demand planning teamsParticipating in trade shows and events - traveling up to 30% as needed, including NorwayAdvocating for the Kari Traa mission - living in full color!What you'll need to bring with you:5+ years of sales and management experience in snow, outdoor, lifestyle or sporting goods - your BS or MBA a plus!A natural sales guru - you thrive on selling, negotiating and presentingProven success, growing strategic accounts and building strong relationships with key decision makersDeep understanding of brand positioning and executing marketing strategiesOrganized, strategic thinker with exposure to financial planning, retail math and margin managementArticulate, confident communication and presentation skillsSolid proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to collaborate in a lean, high-growth environment, working cross-functionally across different time zonesPassion for the outdoors, driving sales, and connecting with people!And what you'll enjoy at Active Brands:Salary $90,000 - $100,000 with sales bonus potentialFull benefits and generous time off for your outdoor pursuitsAn incredible team of professionals to hang out with every dayGoldstone Partners is helping this high-energy specialty brand distributor find active professionals who wants to be part of something big!
