Our team is committed to continuous improvement, collaboration, and investing in our employees through education, training, and recognition.POSITION SUMMARY:The SEES Group is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our mission of delivering exceptional ophthalmology care. This role will be pivotal in executing digital campaigns, managing content, and enhancing patient engagement through HubSpot. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for healthcare marketing to help grow our brand and patient base.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:HubSpot ManagementBuild, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.Maintain and segment contact databases for targeted outreach and nurturing.Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.Digital Campaign ExecutionAssist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO).Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.Support paid media efforts including Google Ads and social platforms.Content Creation & ManagementCoordinate blog posts, newsletters, and educational content related to eye health.Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with patient education goals.Manage website updates and enhancements in collaboration with developers.Analytics & ReportingTrack KPIs across digital channels and prepare monthly performance reports.Use HubSpot and Google Analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities.Recommend improvements based on data insights and industry benchmarksQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare.Proficiency in HubSpot (certifications a plus).Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) in marketing communications.Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).Knowledge of ophthalmology or medical terminology is a plus.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Patient Experience - Understanding and anticipate the patient's needs.
