Sales Advisor

Our client, an Italian fashion brand, is hiring a Sales Advisor to join the team at their NYC location. Candidates must be able to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.Job Duties Include:Develop and maintain relationships with clients through consistent outreachCapture customer information to utilize for follow-up contactManage client book including responding to inquiries and following up regarding shopping experienceAchieve and exceed sales and productivity goalsSupport in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in-store operation including daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdownsLeverage internal systems to conduct business analysis and keep store and individual KPIsAssist in maintenance of visual and housekeeping standards of the storeOperate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing proceduresAdditional duties as needed and assignedJob Qualifications Include:High School graduate or equivalent2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary fashion retail industry preferredStrong communication and problem solving skillsAbility to speak additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic is a plusAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekendsStrong customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 20lbs & stand for duration on shiftSalary: $21 - $23/hr + commission While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
