Apply now and become part of our enduring legacy.The Account Manager reports directly to the Account Management Director.About the Role - The Account Manager performs the following:Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for assigned retail and brand accounts, managing 8-14 accounts depending on size and workload.Direct and execute retail fixture programs and projects on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.Act as the central liaison between Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Business Development, and clients to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.Enter and process work orders to initiate shipping and invoicing.Utilize different systems for information gathering, proposals, and invoice processing.Manage high volumes of email regarding schedules, changes, work orders, and shipping details.Initiate and facilitate meetings to keep projects on track.Compile and communicate reports required by clients and internal stakeholders.Monitor and resolve challenges related to distribution, inventory, quality, schedules, and other project-related issues.Collaborate with Purchasing and Business Development to provide timely solutions for client needs.Interpret and work with store layouts and fixture drawings to support fixturing programs.Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented work environment while maintaining strong client relationships.Other duties as assigned.This is not a sales role. Qualifications - The Account Manager should possess the following:Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.3+ years of account and/or project management experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.General math skills required.Knowledge of the apparel, footwear, or retail merchandising industry preferred; store fixture knowledge a plus.Experience with Lozier or Display Systems preferred.Ability to conceptualize in 3D and interpret store layouts or fixture drawings.Basic knowledge of production processes using wood and metal preferred.Salary Range The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 based on experience.Equal Opportunity Statement - It is the policy of Grand + Benedicts, Inc. that employment decisions shall be based on merit, qualifications and competence.
