Our client is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer III to work at their company in Richfield, MN.Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our Retail Media Network team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing applications that support the creation, management, and optimisation of retail media campaigns. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences for advertisers and internal teams. Spend pair programming: Few or NoneQualifications:7-10 years of JavaScript experience with multiple modern frameworks React, Redux, Node& JavaScript experience Experience on a team and interaction with people outside of developers Willingness to take the initiative to learn about the project and the company.Preferred:5+ years of professional front-end development experience. Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards. Experience with Redux for state management. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
