We stand out from the crowd and operate with the utmost integrity.To learn more about our company, visit SummaryA self-starter and experienced Production Manager is needed to lead and optimize warehouse and decoration operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of orders, from item receipt to final shipment. This role requires a strong leader who can drive process improvements, manage teams, and collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure operational excellence and exceed customer expectations. This role reports directly to senior leadership.How You Will Contribute to our TeamResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of warehouse - Receiving/Decoration/Finishing/ Shipping.Develop and implement strategies to standardize processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of warehouse and production personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, consistency, collaboration and continuous improvement.Develop and execute production schedules and plans through effective utilization of hours and personnel, skills, machines and facility.Ensure compliance with all procedures, quality standards, and company policies.Define, analyze and report on performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while prioritizing areas for improvement ensuring corrective actions are taken.Manage departmental budgets and control costs.Maintain a warehouse floor plan that maximizes space and creates a highly efficient workflow.Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment.Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Art, and Sourcing/Strategic Operations, to deliver an exceptional customer service.This position will supervise 17-25 staff at a given time.Preferred Qualifications5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse and/or production environment, preferably within the branded apparel and gear space.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or relevant field.Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience with quick response manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and proven cost savings projects.Why You are Right for this Role at ThreadfellowsYou can adapt and independently prioritize to meet business needsYou are organized and have a strong attention to detailYou understand the importance of effective communicationYou have strong judgment and integrity in handling confidential mattersYou want to be a part of a collaborative teamYou want to feel your value to the organizationYou are excited to learn through the continuous improvements required of young businessYou thrive on variation within your daysSalary Range: $60,000-$80,000, negotiable based upon experience
