JOOLA is looking for a driven, service-minded Sales Team Lead to join our flagship store team. As a keyholder and leadership presence on the floor, you'll support daily operations, help drive sales, and coach team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is your opportunity to help shape a retail environment rooted in sport, style, and community.As a JOOLA Retail Lead, you'll build strong relationships with customers, support team performance, and help execute the daily rhythm of the store. You'll step into a Manager on Duty (MOD) role as needed and serve as a coach and resource for the team.Responsibilities:Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right JOOLA products.Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed, overseeing store flow, customer experience, and associate support.Open and close the store with confidence, following operational and security procedures.Support onboarding and ongoing training of new team members, fostering a positive and knowledgeable environment.Set the tone for service, teamwork, and professionalism on every shift by leading by example.Assist with daily priorities, scheduling needs, and operational communication as directed by the Store Manager.Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising aligns with premium brand presentation and seasonal strategy.Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and ensuring accurate restocking.Adapt to evolving product assortments, operational strategies, and customer expectations to maintain a fresh and dynamic retail experience.Uphold JOOLA's mission and values in every interaction by promoting inclusivity, innovation, and inspiration.Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on individual and team tasks.Be consistent and dependable in attendance, punctuality, and performance.Remain calm, solution-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.Qualifications:1+ year of retail, customer service, or relevant experience (keyholder or leadership experience required).Enthusiasm for pickleball, sports, or active lifestyle brands.Familiarity with pickleball is a plus, including basic rules, paddle technology, and accessories.Proven ability to lead by example, coach peers, and support a team-first culture.Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Availability Requirements:Must be available five full days per week, 2 of which must be Saturday and Sunday.A blackout period will be in effect from November 21 through January 14, during which time time-off requests outside of stated availability cannot be accommodated.A high standard of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.Ability to stay composed, adaptable, and focused in a fast-paced retail environment.Alignment with JOOLA's values of inclusion, innovation, and inspiration.About JOOLA:JOOLA was first established in 1952 and built a global reputation as a pioneer in table tennis.
