SHOWROOM MANAGERDURATION: Full-timeLOCATION: Los AngelesJOB DESCRIPTIONCollective Form is looking for a talented and experienced Showroom Manager. We're seeking a pro-active, relationship-driven, and highly motivated showroom manager to grow our business within the interior architecture & design community. The candidate is expected to ensure efficient day-to-day management of the showroom while providing excellent client service and be an exceptional ambassador to our curated portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a strong passion for Interior Design and luxury home furnishings.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome clients, architects and interior designers with a warm authentic greetingAssist clients with product selections and educating clients on product knowledgeAssist and coordinate with the Collective Form head office; go on client visits/presentations and all aspects of client-related project needs, including sales, custom quotes, sampling, customer service, and other assigned tasks.Provide regular sales forecasts and maintain data records through company initiated systemsDevelop strong personal relationships with key industry representatives while maintaining and nurturing existing onesIdentify new business opportunities and suggest actions to expand the portfolio of clients through research and developmentAttend major events to network with the design community in and around LAPlan and organize showroom events with Collective Form head office to promote brand awareness and to increase traffic into the showroomMaintain the visual presentation and general upkeep of the showroom Assure all administration, reporting and financial management is kept up to dateJOB REQUIREMENTSAt least 3-4 years of experience gained as a Showroom / Gallery Manager at a luxury design retailer or in high-end furniture salesBachelor's degree (Design, Architecture, Interior Design preferred)Proven track record of business development and achieving sales goalsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsGreat authentic interpersonal skills to build working relationships with clients within the top A&D firms in LAHighly organized with the ability to plan and prioritizePassionate about the luxury home furnishings & interior design industryProficient in using sales software, as well as Google Suites & Microsoft Office SuitesCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary + commissionPaid Time Off/Vacation AccrualPaid Company HolidaysHealth Plan assistance401K + Profit SharingABOUT OUR COMPANYCollective Form is a boutique distribution firm, based in West Hollywood, California, and connects architects, interior designers and developers with Europe's most celebrated luxury furniture, lighting and home furnishing brands.Our principals, Aden Lima and Will Nguyen, have an intimate knowledge of the high-end North American luxury market and its operations.
