Designed to look natural on your skin and aesthetic on your shelf, each product combines skin-loving ingredients and luxury fragrances to provide the most elevated experience.DescriptionThis role reports directly to the marketing team and supports cross-functional initiatives to bring the LUX UNFILTERED brand to life across all channels. This role will manage social accounts, lead content creation, and support influencer and affiliate programs to drive awareness and growth. The ideal candidate is organized, social media-savvy, and passionate about beauty. This position plays a key role in growing brand awareness, deepening engagement, and scaling influencer and affiliate partnerships that drive visibility and revenue, and can be tailored to the experience level of the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementLead content calendar, posting, and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platformsOwn TikTok growth strategy and executionDraft captions, maintain consistent brand voiceTrack analytics and compile weekly/monthly performance reports Content Creation & SupportIdeate and produce short-form video, tutorials, before and after transformations, behind-the-scenes content, and UGCPartner with creative/marketing teams for campaign shoots and launchesCreate content for website, email, and other brand channels as neededAffiliate & Influencer PartnershipsManage and grow the affiliate program in partnership with the marketing teamIdentify, recruit, and nurture influencer and affiliate partners aligned with brand ethosTrack and organize performance of partnerships, paid campaigns, and affiliate metricsAssist in contract negotiations and ensure timely tracking/reporting of ROI from partnershipsGifting & Community BuildingLead product gifting and seeding strategyDevelop creative seeding campaigns designed to generate organic buzzCoordinate logistics for influencer/creator gifting and track outcomesMaintain relationships with key brand advocatesAssist in all new product launch marketing activities and special events Stay on top of beauty trends, competitor activity, and viral content to always have a pulse of what is winning in the social landscapeDesired Experience2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing"”preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industryA strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platformsPassion for content creationCreative thinking and a strong visual eye for aesthetic contentExcellent creative thinking & communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesA self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environmentPassion for beauty, social trends, and consumer engagementExperience with basic design/editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)Affiliate program experience (ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Creator Connections, etc.)Ability to work in-office 4 days a weekBenefitsCompetitive CompensationDiscretionary BonusHealth/Dental/Vision ContributionGenerous Access to Beauty ProductsPaid Time OffCasual Working EnvironmentHealthy Office SnacksFun, Team-Building Events
