Business Development Representative

Duties & Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform job-related functions.• Implement strategic business development plans to accommodate corporate goals.• Note brief history or the reason for visit in the patient's chart.• Meet referral target forecasting activities and performance goals.• Review demographics of assigned territory to determine customer needs, competitive pressures, and market share growth opportunities.• Maintain control over assigned business development districts, territories, and monthly targets.• Deliver presentations to key referral sources.• Meet with key referral sources on an ongoing basis as a means of developing and maintaining long-term relationships.• Delivering proficient language translation support as needed or applicable to ensure effective communication with patients and staff• Effectively manages monthly budget allotted.
