Senior Software Engineer OCR & AI Document ProcessingOverview:We re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in OCR technologiesAI/ML-based document processing, and Azure ecosystem tools. This role will drive innovation, reduce technical debt, and influence strategic technology decisions across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, secure applications.Lead implementation of OCR solutions using tools such as FIS FormWorksMavroOPEX, or ImpiraConfigure OCR editors and support batch processing.Work with 834 EDI files, ensuring accurate parsing and processing.Build and train custom models using Azure AI Document Intelligence / Form RecognizerDevelop AI/ML solutions using TensorFlow or PyTorchDeploy models using Azure DevOpsCI/CDGitOps, and GHECIntegrate APIs via Azure API Management (APIM)Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and drive cultural and technical improvement.Required Skills:7+ years in software engineering with proven design and development experience.Strong OCR background (FIS FormWorks, Mavro, OPEX, etc.).Expertise in AI-driven document processing.Experience with Azure AI/ML tools and deployment pipelines.Deep knowledge of OCR, NLP, and document classification techniques.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
