Responsibilities include: Drafting surveys and designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3DResearching and analyzing state, county, and city recordsPerforming constructionstakingALTA/NSPSLandTitleSurveys, and topographic surveysCreating CertifiedSurveyMaps(CSMs)PreliminaryFinalPlats, and Condominium PlatsPreparing TransportationProjectPlatsWriting legallanddescriptions and ElevationCertificatesSupervising field technicians and coordinating fieldwork and research effortsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCapable of managing and mentoring field teamsCivil 3D experiencePLS license (or on track to obtain)Education & Experience3+ years of land surveying experienceProficiency with AutoCADMicrosoft Word, and ExcelAssociate degree or higher in Civil Technology (or related field)Must have an Active Valid Driver's LicenseFamiliarity with subdivisionregulations and site/lotlayoutdesign
