Senior Abatement Manager

We handle general construction, soft demolition, facilities management, and hazardous waste removal - and we take pride in doing it right!What You'll Do• Running the job site - start to finish - for asbestos, lead, mold, and chemical abatement projects • Leading daily crew briefings and making sure everyone stays safe, geared up, and on task • Enforcing containment, decontamination, PPE, and waste disposal procedures to the letter • Keeping clients and inspectors informed and projects on schedule • Maintaining all required documentation - permits, logs, manifests, and reports • Backing your crew while holding a high standard for safety and performanceWho You AreSuccessful candidates will bring the following qualifications:10+ years of supervisory experience in asbestos, lead, mold, or chemical abatement· Certifications (valid or expired =1 year): · OSHA 30 · HAZWOPER (40-hour) · Confined Space Entry · NFPA Electrical Safety · First Aid/CPR · Asbestos & Lead Supervisor Certificates· Reside within 25 miles of the San Francisco Bay Area (or willing to commute)· Ability to lift 50+ lbs, wear full PPE (respirator included, and work in high-risk environments· Strong leadership and communication skills in the fieldWhat You GetCompetitive CompensationA rewarding salary range of $90,000-$125,000/year, based on experience.Comprehensive BenefitsHealth and dental Insurance, generous paid time off, and additional perks.Support for Your Success: A company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, as well as ongoing safety training and development opportunities.Impact & InnovationThe chance to work in one of California's most dynamic regions on projects that truly make a difference.Ready to Take the Lead?If you're ready to step into a role where your expertise and leadership will be celebrated every day, we want to hear from you.
